New Solution for
College Students'
E-Recruitment Platform
Why Job Searching for College Students?
We believe that improving online job searching platforms for college students is an important topic because:
-
In the new post-pandemic reality of social distancing and work-from-home, it is even more important to understand the role of online platforms or e-recruitment in job searching.
-
College is the optimal period for locating internships and jobs to help prepare for future careers but existing platforms are insufficient in allowing students to identify compatible opportunities.
-
The rate at which unemployed people are getting jobs is lower than it was pre-pandemic
Job searching is one of the most important things for college students and it is also one of the goals of attending college. We all know finding a best-fit job is hard, and students are not expected to learn anything related to finding a job on campus. We want to help those students out, providing effective and useful tools to help them reach their goal.
