    • Upload resume, demographic questions, and additional documents

  • What is the intention of college students to use the e-recruitment platform?

    • Finish the process of applying for jobs faster and simpler

  • What is the most time-consuming part when students are looking for a job using the e-recruitment platform?

    • Matching job descriptions with personal background and redirectable links that make students fill out the application 2 times
